Ways To Instantly Lift Bad Mood - Instant Mood Lifters

 Hello Everyone,

Hope you all are safe and doing great :)

Life is a spectacular composition of fleeting moments. Some moments are filled with the glory of love, laughter, and bliss, while others are a bit devastating and heart-smashing; one gives us hope while the other makes us ponder about our own existence. However, as a human, we have to endure both.

In our lives, we all endure some gloomy moments when our heart races, body shivers, breathing become uneven and it all leaves us stunned. We unconsciously indulge in self-loathing, criticism, and thinking about how preposterous we are during such a flash. However, deep down we know our worth, we know that we'll find our way despite all this, but in those exhausting moments, this is too hard to believe. So if anyone of you had ever been through something that consumes your soul, then my friend, let me tell you, you are not alone. We have all been there and the greatest part of this is we all pull through. So first cheers to that, and secondly, if you are looking for something that instantly cheers you up or uplifts your heavy-hearted mood, then here are some instant mood-lifters that may work for you

1. JOURNALIZING YOUR THOUGHTS

If there is a storm of thoughts or feelings inside your mind or head, grab a piece of paper and pen and start pouring yourself onto the sheet. Write whatsoever screaming inside you, write even if you feel like your thoughts are ludicrous or they do not make any sense, just keep writing and write till the very moment, you feel all right. Totally drain yourself onto the sheet without any deliberation. Journalizing always helps in uplifting the mood as it gives a new perspective to all those wandering thoughts.

2. LISTEN TO MUSIC

If you feel low, dejected, or infelicitous, particularly for no explicit reason, try this: listen to some music. All you have to do is put your headphones on and bust music as loud as possible or gentle your preference, and stay with it till you feel like yourself again. The right music has the potential to change your mood and carry you in or out of any zone. Listening to music is such a great therapy of all time. It tugs us to our most sensitive, sanguine, and resilient beings. In simpler words, it brings us back to life.

3. TAKE A WALK

Our environment or surrounding has a great impact on our mind. Sometimes we get sick of our own vicinity, so it's recommended to go outside and refresh our mind. Especially when you're feeling perplexed, go outside, go for a walk, respire some fresh air and try to recapture your happiness within yourself. The lush meadows always feel delightful to feel the touch of your feet and the wind longs to play with your locks. There is something so compelling and bewitching in the simplicity of nature that eases, heals, and brings a sense of serenity to the human mind and soul. I believe that nature holds the cure to all modern time sickness.

4. MEDITATION

Meditation has been practised in India since the silver age. Whenever you feel like you are lost inside your head with all those thoughts and voices, try to meditate. Sit quietly at a corner and focus on your breath or some object for few minutes and try to bring yourself back to the present moment over and over again. This will take some time, but this will definitely give you some sense of clarity and peace.  Meditation is the art of doing absolutely nothing while doing everything.

5. TALK TO SOMEONE

If you are having someone with whom you can talk about real stuff without any hesitation, or without having the fear of being judged, then consider yourself lucky. Go talk to them about every single stuff that is howling inside your mind. Talking to someone is the best way to get all those things out of our system, however, this will leads to either move on or come up with some kind of solution. Talking or sharing our thoughts with a fellow person always reducing anxiety and helps in uplifting the mood.

With this, I would like to wrap up this post.
