However, many people still struggle with the idea of self-love, often equating it to selfishness. In this blog, we will delve into the importance of self-love and why it is not selfish.

Firstly, it is crucial to understand that self-love is not about being self-absorbed or narcissistic. It is not about putting oneself above others or disregarding their needs and feelings. Self-love is about acknowledging one's worth and value as a human being and treating oneself with the same kindness, respect, and compassion as we would treat a loved one.
